Through the power of collective giving, one woman’s donation is joined with the gifts from many others’ and together we award grants to community-based organizations whose projects are life transforming for the women, children and families they serve.

The Action Africa Giving Circle launched in the United States in 2019 with three founding members who knew that by sharing resources, skills, insights, and awareness, our members could make meaningful, life-changing differences for people who are often overlooked and underserved.

The Action Africa Giving Circle launched in the United States in 2019 with three founding members who knew that by sharing resources, skills, insights, and awareness, our members could make meaningful, life-changing differences for people who are often overlooked and underserved.
Forty women-strong at the end of our inaugural year, we proudly embarked on our first grant cycle in the summer of 2020.
Our membership is currently at 82 and we are proud to say we have funded 24
life-changing grants/projects totaling over $100,000.
